Groups List Continue
Once a cursor has been retrieved from [groups/list](api:dropbox-api:POST/2/team/groups/list), use this to paginate
through all groups.

Indicates from what point to get the next set of groups.

Is true if there are additional groups that have not been returned yet. An additional call to groups/list/continue can retrieve them.
