Users Delete
Disables up to 100 managed users owned by the authenticated Provider app and schedules their account data for deletion. This is not recoverable. File purge is asynchronous. Failed batches can have partial results; retry the same user selectors to finish deletion. This pilot requires app authentication; tenant credentials are not supported.
