# Token From Oauth1

POST https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/auth/token/from_oauth1

Creates an OAuth 2.0 access token from the supplied OAuth 1.0 access token.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — App-level OAuth 2.0 token (no user context). Use `Authorization: Bearer <token>`. Obtain by calling the token endpoint with `grant_type=client_credentials`. Only available on endpoints that declare app auth support.

## Request

This endpoint expects an object.

- `oauth1_token` (string, required) — The supplied OAuth 1.0 access token.
- `oauth1_token_secret` (string, required) — The token secret associated with the supplied access token.

- `oauth2_token` (string, required) — The OAuth 2.0 token generated from the supplied OAuth 1.0 token.

### 429 Too Many Requests Error

The app is making too many requests for the given user or team and is being rate limited. The app should wait for the number of seconds specified in the "Retry-After" response header before trying again.
